Pay attention to storage of chemical reagents

Hazardous chemical reagents are substances with high chemical activity, such as flammable and explosive reagents, corrosive reagents, toxic reagents, oxidizing reagents, radioactive and a series of other "exuberant" chemical substances harmful to human body and environment. Its "activity" of high, and even self-decomposition, threatening the safety of people's lives and property, must be paid attention to. According to the relevant national regulations, dangerous chemical reagents are marked with danger symbols and codes on their packaging, and there are also text descriptions in the relevant reagent manuals.

【1】 flammable and explosive chemical reagents must be stored in a special warehouse of dangerous reagents, and stored in non-combustible materials made of cabinets, shelves, the temperature should not exceed 28 ℃, according to the provisions of the "five double" system. A small amount of laboratory bottles can be set up in a special cabinet for dangerous goods, stored in separate compartments according to the nature, and the same compartment should not be mixed with oxidizing agents and other incompatible products, and equipped with corresponding fire extinguishing equipment and automatic alarm devices according to the type of storage. Low boiling point highly flammable reagents should be stored at low temperatures ( 5 ℃ below, disable the storage of electric sparks generated by ordinary household refrigerators).

【2】Oxidizing reagents should not be stored together with other reagents of contradictory nature. The packaging should be intact and sealed, and it is strictly forbidden to mix with acids, and should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent sunlight exposure.

【3】Corrosive reagent storage containers must be reasonably choose according to different corrosiveness, acids should be kept away from cyanide, foaming agent, water burning products, oxidizers, etc., and should not be mixed with alkali.

【4】 Highly toxic reagents should be stored away from open fire, heat sources, oxidizers, acids and food supplies in a well-ventilated place, generally not stored with other types of common, and should implement the "five double" system.

【5】 Flammable reagents in water must be stored in dry, leak-proof and watertight storage during rainstorm or tidal flood. It must not be stored together with acid mist emitting items such as hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, and must not be mixed with other dangerous goods.
【6】 Other reagents: indicators, acid-base indicator reagents, redox indicators, other indicators, coloring agents, etc.; cleaning agents and according to acidic chemical detergent, alkaline chemical detergent, other chemical detergent and general cleaning agents.
