Name: Dehydrogenase Assay Kit
Measurement method: Micro assay
Specification: 100 tubes/96 samples
Storage condition: low temperature and keep away from light
Validity: 6 months
Note: Choose 2-3 samples with large expected differences for pre-calibration before formal determination.
Measurement significance:
Dehydrogenase (DHA) is a class of enzymes that catalyse redox reactions of substances, catalysing the oxidation of substrates through the cytochrome system and releasing energy for use by the organism, a way for organisms to obtain energy.
Principle of Measurement:
In the process of cellular respiration, the hydrogen receptor 2, 3, 5 - Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride (TTC) receives hydrogen under the action of dehydrogenase, and then it is reduced to Triphenyl Formazone (TF), which is red in colour, and the absorbance value is measured at 485 nm, and the dehydrogenase activity is obtained. The absorbance value was measured at 485 nm to obtain the dehydrogenase activity.
